Pepsico, Inc., more widely known as the Pepsi Points Case, is a famous case tried in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York in 1999, in which the plaintiff, John Leonard, sued PepsiCo, Inc. in an effort to enforce an “offer” to redeem 7,000,000 Pepsi Points for a AV-8 Harrier II jump jet, which Pepsi had shown in a portion of a televised commercial which was intended to be humourous.

The plaintiff did not actually collect 7,000,000 Pepsi Points, but instead sent a certified check for $700,008.50 as permitted by the contest rules. Leonard had 15 existing points, paid $0.10 a point for the remaining 6,999,985 points and a $10 shipping and handling fee.”

Te quería preparar el domingo un taper de albóndigas para que te llevases y luego se me olvidó. Lo he dejado en el congelador para el próximo día que vengas. También tengo otro de carne con tomate que hice que me salió …..ummmmm…

Te adjunto una foto de las scaneadas que me encanta porque fue uno de los días más felices de mi vida: el día que me dieron el alta en La Paz y llegué a nuestra casa con tu hermano recién nacido.

Cosas que le da a uno por compartir a las 2:30 de la madrugada. En esta ocasión se trata de una ventana al universo “emails entre mi madre y yo”.

La foto está hecha hace unos diecinueve años. Y sí, me avergüenzo un poco de dejar que me vistieran con esa camisa. Pero… ¿momentazo, no?
