“NPO Energomash is the leading company in the world to develop powerful liquid rocket engines for space launch vehicles, one of the world’s leading high-tech products. The history of the company dates back to May 15, 1929. Over the years they have developed some 60 rocket engines that remain operational in space and military vehicles.” 

Two bloggers sneaked through an open stretch in the fence, which was temporarily removed to undergo repairs. Apparently, Russian law does not prosecute civilian trespassers if it can be proved that the property wasn’t fully fenced and guarded. There are lots of pictures, and they are beyond beautiful. Tristan Shone, a sound engineer and artist specialized in drone and industrial music, has found an interesting way to get physical when playing live. The way he interacts with the hardware (custom-made by himself) is both fascinating to watch AND extremely fitting to the music.
